Technical Support Engineer – Energy Storage

Job SummaryTranssion Manufacturing is looking for a qualified and experienced Technical Support Engineer – Energy Storage to provide technical support for residential energy storage products, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer complaint handling. Candidates with solar energy experience are highly preferred. Experience with commercial and industrial (C&I) energy storage systems is an advantage.Key Responsibilities

• Guide the installation, configuration, commissioning, and acceptance of energy storage systems.
• Conduct inspections, preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and component replacement.
• Respond to technical inquiries and customer complaints, providing timely solutions and follow-up.
• Collect alarms, logs, operating data, and site evidence, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Provide product operation and basic maintenance training to customers and installers.
• Prepare clear service reports and maintain accurate records of technical issues.
