Senior Multimedia Content Creator

Transsion Manufacturing is seeking a creative and hands-on Social Media & Multimedia Content Specialist (Sr. Multimedia Content Creator) to manage digital channels, design graphics, and produce engaging photo and video assets for marketing campaigns, product demos, roadshows, and corporate events.

• Conduct on-site photo and video shoots, including product content, customer/user interviews, and event or exhibition coverage.
• Plan and execute end-to-end video projects—from concept and scripting to filming and final editing (promotional videos, product demos).
• Capture authentic customer stories, testimonials, and insights through interviews.
• Design engaging graphics for social media, digital campaigns, websites, print materials, and offline events.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets by adhering to brand guidelines and collaborating with headquarters designers.
• Manage social media content planning, creation, scheduling, and posting while staying updated on trends and video formats.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Country Manager, marketing, product & tech) and external print/production vendors to guarantee quality standards and timely delivery.
• Utilize AI tools and modern creative technologies to bring fresh, innovative ideas to every project.

• Work Experience: Proven professional experience in social media management, content creation, photography, video production, and graphic design.
• Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills in English are a must; Amharic proficiency is a plus.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software.
• Media Skills: Good photography and video shooting skills with a strong sense of visual storytelling, layout, and branding.
• Operational Skills: Ability to utilize AI tools, manage multiple tasks concurrently, meet tight deadlines, and work on-site for shoots and events when required.
