Sales Representative

The Sales Representative is responsible for selling and delivering products to retail shops, wholesalers, and customers along assigned routes. The role focuses on achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collection targets, promoting product benefits, generating customer orders, expanding market coverage, ensuring proper merchandising, and maintaining accurate financial reconciliation and reporting.

• Monitor competitor activity and report market trends.
• Submit daily sales, stock, and collection reports accurately.

• Educational Background: BA degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Work Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in sales and distribution.

• Good knowledge of local sales routes and market areas (an advantage).
• Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and stock reconciliation.
• Experience in a customer service and retail sales environment.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Core skills in decision-making, communication, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
