- Track trainee certification progress and escalate performance risks early.
- Support new hire induction and provide remedial coaching to underperforming trainees.
- Share field observations and skill gaps to improve future training programs.
- Uphold Academy standards through professionalism, preparation, and punctuality.
- Provide continuous coaching and feedback to build trainee capability and readiness for certification.
