🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
• Graduated within the last 0–1 years
• Minimum CGPA of 2.75+
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn and build a career in sales
• Ability to work independently and in a team

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training programs to develop sales & commercial skills
• Assist sales team in executing plans & achieving objectives
• Conduct market visits to understand customer needs & competitor activities
• Build and maintain customer & distributor relationships
• Collect, analyze, and report sales & market data
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising compliance
• Handle customer inquiries and support resolution
