Project Manager

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field or Master’s degree or PMP certification is an added advantage

Work Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience as project manager

Demonstrated experience working on apartment complexes or real estate development projects

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Salary: Negotiable
