Junior Architect

Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Urban Planning.

Experience: Minimum 4 years of active practice in a design or construction firm.

Software Mastery: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/ArchiCAD, and 3D rendering software (Lumion/Enscape).

​Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of local building codes, structural reinforcement, and material wastage management.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills for coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams (Architects, Structural Engineers, and Site Supervisors), and must prepare portfolio of their projects.
