• Plan, organize, coordinate, and supervise overall company operations.
• Coordinate activities of different business units and departments.
• Develop operational plans, procedures, targets, and performance standards.
• Monitor efficiency, productivity, service quality, and costs.
• Coordinate hotel, distribution, machinery rental, construction, warehouse, procurement, and other operations.
• Ensure effective utilization of company resources, vehicles, machinery, materials, and manpower.
• Monitor departmental performance and take corrective action.
• Identify operational risks and recommend solutions.
• Ensure implementation of company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Prepare periodic operational performance reports.
• Lead and motivate operational teams.
