- Plan, organize, coordinate, and supervise overall company operations.
- Coordinate activities of different business units and departments.
- Develop operational plans, procedures, targets, and performance standards.
- Monitor efficiency, productivity, service quality, and costs.
- Coordinate hotel, distribution, machinery rental, construction, warehouse, procurement, and other operations.
- Ensure effective utilization of company resources, vehicles, machinery, materials, and manpower.
- Monitor departmental performance and take corrective action.
- Identify operational risks and recommend solutions.
- Ensure implementation of company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Prepare periodic operational performance reports.
- Lead and motivate operational teams.
