Basic Function of the Position
The Junior Procurement Officer supports the procurement unit in sourcing goods and services, processing purchase orders, maintaining procurement documentation, and ensuring the timely delivery of supplies in compliance with company policies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare purchase orders under supervision.
- Track order status and follow up with suppliers.
- Maintain procurement records and filing systems.
- Update supplier database and price lists.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for delivery verification.
- Prepare procurement reports.
- Support contract documentation and renewal tracking.
- Other duties as assigned by procurment Division
