Junior Geotechnical Engineer

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in  Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geological Engineering, or related field .

0–2 years of relevant experience ; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong academic performance, particularly in  Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering .

Basic knowledge of  geotechnical investigation, foundation design, bearing capacity, and settlement analysis .

Proficiency in  Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD .

Strong  analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills .

Willingness to  learn, work under supervision, and travel to project sites .

Knowledge of  Eurocode 7 and Ethiopian Building Codes  is an advantage.

Exposure to  PLAXIS, GeoStudio, or similar geotechnical software  is an advantage.
