Junior Attorney

Essential Function

Render legal advices to departments and branches by examining court orders & decisions and legal instruments and correspondences of legal nature

Prepares statements of claim and defence, declaration for affidavit and memorandum of appeal;

Prepares legal notice to be served to defaulters;

Serves court summon/foreclosure notice to defaulters;

Represents the bank in litigations, hearings and investigations before courts of law and other judicial bodies to handle cases instituted by the Bank’s and cases instituted against the Bank;

Requests and obtains up-to dated statement of account of defaulting borrowers from branches;

Job  Requirement

Education : Graduates of years 2024 & 2025 G.C. with LLB in Law.

Work Experience : No prior experience is required.

Age : ≤ 30 Exit Exam is required.

Salary:  as per the Bank’s scale
