SME Credit Analyst

Essential Function

Initial Review: Perform initial reviews of SME loan applications to ensure all required documents are submitted.

Gather Information: Collect and verify financial information from applicants to facilitate detailed analysis.

Check Completeness: Ensure all relevant documents are present and accurately completed before submission for further analysis.

Communicate with Clients: Inform applicants of any missing documentation and assist them in providing the necessary information.

Assist in Analysis: Support senior analysts by conducting preliminary financial assessments and preparing initial reports.

Participate in Site Visits: Accompany senior analysts on site visits to gather additional information as needed.

Work with Branches: Collaborate with branch personnel to facilitate the credit application process and resolve any issues that arise.

Learn and Develop Skills: Engage in continuous learning to develop skills in credit analysis and understand bank policies.

Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of credit assessments and assist in preparing reports for management.

Perform Other Duties: Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Manager to support the objectives of the

SME Credit Analysis and Appraisal Division.

Job  Requirement

Education : BA in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems and any other related fields

Experience : 3.5 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year as relevant officer position

Salary : as per the Bank’s scale

Place of Work : Addis Ababa
