- Maintain accurate stock records for raw materials and finished goods, in and out.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile against system/records.
- Coordinate with Operations to forecast material needs against the production plan.
- Raise purchase requests for low-stock items and coordinate with Finance on procurement.
- Receive, inspect and store incoming materials properly to prevent damage or loss.
- Track finished-goods inventory ready for dispatch to clients.
- Report stock levels, discrepancies and slow-moving items to the Finance Manager.
- Maintain an organized, secure storage area.
