ROLE SUMMARYThe Production Supervisor runs the daily floor operations that turn confirmed orders into finished garments and embroidered goods, coordinating the Sewing and Embroidery units to hit quality, quantity and deadline targets.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate the production plan into daily/weekly line assignments for Sewing and Embroidery.
- Supervise line workers, machine operators and helpers to keep output on schedule.
- Monitor material usage and flag shortages to the Operations Manager before they cause delays.
- Check in-process work for obvious defects and escalate quality issues promptly.
- Keep production records: output counts, downtime, rework and attendance on the floor.
- Maintain a safe, organized and efficient production area.
- Coordinate handoffs between cutting, sewing, embroidery and finishing stages.
- Report daily/weekly production status to the Operations Manager.
