Job Summary

The Furniture Showroom Sales Representative welcomes and assists customers, promotes furniture collections, manages sales leads and quotations, and coordinates orders and deliveries to achieve showroom sales growth and maintain high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist showroom visitors, actively understanding their furniture needs and preferences.
• Present and promote the company’s furniture products, designs, and whole-house furnishing packages.
• Develop new customer accounts and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients.
• Actively follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, and prospective buyers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute directly to overall showroom revenue growth.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate order processing, payments, delivery, and installation schedules with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up schedules.
• Support daily showroom operations, product merchandising, and visual display organization.
• Monitor customer feedback and market trends, reporting relevant insights to management.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (basic computer skills are an added advantage).
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant sales experience is preferred; fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are also welcome to apply if they possess strong communication and customer-service skills.
