The Executive I – Management Information System (MIS) collects, validates, consolidates, analyzes, and reports critical business information to support effective senior management decision-making. Operating directly under the General Manager, the role ensures the accuracy, reliability, and timely availability of enterprise-wide data relating to sales, production, inventory, and operational key performance indicators.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Collection & Validation: Gather data across Sales, Production, Finance, Supply Chain, and Inventory from ERP systems, databases, and spreadsheets, ensuring strict data accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
Sales & Production Reporting: Prepare and distribute standardized daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports analyzing sales performance against targets, regional breakdowns, production efficiency, downtime, yield, and capacity utilization.
Integrated Business Analysis: Compare sales demand versus production output, analyze finished-goods availability against sales requirements, and track variances, trends, and operational gaps.
Dashboard & BI Development: Design, maintain, and automate management dashboards, KPI trackers, charts, and presentations using advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to convert raw data into actionable insights.
Audit & Data Integrity Support: Establish robust reconciliation checks, investigate unusual data movements, maintain version control, and enforce strict confidentiality protocols.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/BA) in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Science, Business Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Work Experience: Mid-level professional (3 to 5 years) of relevant experience in MIS, data analysis, business intelligence, or corporate reporting (experience within manufacturing, FMCG, trading, or distribution environments is highly desirable).
Technical Expertise: Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, dashboards, complex formulas, data validation), Power Query, and business intelligence tools like Power BI. Basic SQL database knowledge and familiarity with ERP systems are distinct advantages.
