The Data Analysis & Reporting Officer (recruited for the corporate \"Tech\" business wing) is responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting operational and business data to drive management decision-making. The role develops dashboards, ensures data accuracy across ERP systems, monitors performance metrics, and delivers actionable, data-driven insights to optimize business performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, organize, and analyze operational and business data from various departments and ERP systems.
Prepare accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and performance analytics for management.
Design and develop dynamic dashboards, charts, and data visualization tools.
Monitor and ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and confidentiality across reporting systems.
Identify operational trends, performance gaps, and actionable business improvement opportunities.
Support ERP data management, resolve reporting bottlenecks, and assist internal departments with data-related inquiries.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Accounting, Management, or a related quantitative/business field.
Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in data analysis and reporting.
Mandatory Requirement: Direct experience working with ERP systems is strictly required.
Technical Skills: Data analysis & reporting, ERP system management, dashboard creation, and advanced data visualization.
Core Competencies: Account management, creativity, strong numerical and analytical problem-solving abilities, and high attention to detail.
