CKD Dispatch Officer

Job Summary

The CKD Dispatch Officer coordinates and controls the timely, accurate dispatch of Completely Knocked Down (CKD) parts and materials for Horra Corporate Group's automotive assembly operations. Operating within the supply chain division, the role ensures that components are properly picked, verified against authorized requests, accurately documented, and delivered to production lines or designated destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch operations for CKD parts and materials based on approved production and requisition requirements.
• Review authorized material requests, select correct parts, quantities, and specifications, and prevent dispatch discrepancies.
• Coordinate timely material deliveries to production areas and monitor pending or incomplete dispatches.
• Ensure all outgoing transactions have proper authorization and accurate documentation.
• Verify material availability prior to dispatch and assist with periodic physical inventory counts and stock reconciliations.

Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Accounting, Automotive Technology, Supplies Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience (prior experience in an automotive, manufacturing, CKD, or spare-parts environment is an advantage).
