CKD Inventory Clerk

Job Summary

The CKD Inventory Clerk is responsible for receiving, recording, storing, organizing, and issuing Completely Knocked Down (CKD) parts and materials for Horra Corporate Group's automotive assembly operations. Operating within the warehouse division, the role ensures accurate inventory tracking, secure storage conditions, and the timely availability of components for production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming CKD parts and materials, rigorously verifying physical quantities against shipping and delivery documents.
• Record all incoming and outgoing inventory transactions accurately to maintain up-to-date stock balances.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excesses, damaged items, or missing components immediately.
• Participate in regular physical stock counts, inventory reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Properly arrange, code, and store CKD parts in designated warehouse locations to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store and warehouse environment.

Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Automotive Technology, Supply Management, or a Diploma in a related field from a recognized university or college.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in store management and inventory control.
