Building Rent Bid Notice Bid No. 04/2026/27 Global Bank Ethiopia S.C. invites bids for the rental of its G+4 building located in Shashemene town for 5 years. Therefore, any interested bidder who fulfills the bid instructions and criteria provided below may participate. Bidders may purchase the bid document for a non-refundable fee of 200.00 Birr /Two Hundred Birr/ by paying at Global Bank Ethiopia S.C. Stadium Branch and presenting the revenue receipt, and by physically appearing at the Purchasing and Facility Administration Department, located at the bank's Head Office on Ras Abebe Damtew Road (Stadium, behind Ethiopia Hotel), National Business Center Building, 7th floor, from Monday to Friday from 2:00 in the morning to 6:00 in the afternoon and then from 7:00 to 11:00, as well as on Saturday from 2:00 to 6:00. Bidders must submit a renewed business license and, if available, a TIN certificate. Bidders must submit a bid bond of 500,000.00 Birr (Five Hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of a bank payment order CPO or an unconditional bank guarantee letter. The bid price must include Value Added Tax (VAT). The public bid will close on Meskerem 25, 2019 E.C. at 4:00 in the morning and will be opened on the same day at 8:00 in the afternoon in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at the bank's Head Office meeting hall. Bidders must physically visit the building at its location, inspect it properly, and submit a price. The bank reserves the right to cancel the bid partially or entirely.
