የኢትዮጵያ ቀይ መስቀል ማኅበር (ERCS) ከታች ለተዘረዘሩት ዕቃዎች አቅርቦት ብቁ ከሆኑ እና ብቃት ካላቸው ጨረታ አቅራቢዎች የታሸገ ጨረታ ይጋብዛል። የጨረታ ማጣቀሻ ቁጥር፡ ERCS/GDS/0062/26። የሚቀርቡ ዕቃዎች፡ የተለያዩ ዕቃዎች - የብረት ዓይነ ስውር 8'፣ የብረት ማጣሪያ 8'፣ የገጽታ መቁረጫ እና የኤሌክትሪክ ነዳጅ እና ሌሎች። ፍላጎት ያላቸው እና ብቁ የሆኑ ጨረታ አቅራቢዎች የተሟላ የጨረታ ሰነድ በ500 ብር (አምስት መቶ ብር) የማይመለስ ክፍያ ማግኘት ይችላሉ። ክፍያው በኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ (CBE) አካውንት ቁጥር 1000000950487 በኢትዮጵያ ቀይ መስቀል ማኅበር ስም ይገባል። የጨረታ ሰነዶቹ ከኢትዮጵያ ቀይ መስቀል ማኅበር፣ የሰብአዊ አቅርቦት ሰንሰለት ክፍል፣ የግዥ ክፍል፣ አንደኛ ፎቅ፣ ቢሮ ቁጥር 25፣ ስታዲየም አካባቢ፣ አዲስ አበባ ይሰበሰባሉ። ጨረታ አቅራቢዎች የሚከተሉትን የሚሠሩ እና የታደሱ ሰነዶች ቅዳሴ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡ ለ2018 ዓ.ም የንግድ ፈቃድ፣ የንግድ ምዝገባ ሰርተፍኬት፣ የታክስ መለያ ቁጥር (TIN) ሰርተፍኬት፣ የተእታ ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (VAT) ምዝገባ ሰርተፍኬት እና በጨረታ ሰነዶች ውስጥ የሚፈለጉ ሌሎች ተዛማጅ ደጋፊ ሰነዶች። ሁሉም ጨረታዎች ከጨረታ ዋስትና (ቦንድ) ጋር በCPO ብቻ መልክ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፣ ይህም ከጠቅላላ የጨረታ ዋጋ 2% ለዕቃዎች እንደሚመለከተው። የጨረታ ዋስትናው በተለየ የታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ውስጥ መቅረብ አለበት እና ከጨረታ ቀን በኋላ ለ28 ተከታታይ ቀናት የሚሠራ መሆን አለበት።
The Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS) hereby invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply of the items listed below. Bid Reference No.: ERCS/GDS/0062/26. Items to be supplied: Supply of different goods - steel blind 8', steel screen 8', surface cutting and electric fuel and others. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain a complete set of bidding documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500 (Five Hundred Birr). The payment shall be deposited into Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) Account No. 1000000950487, in the name of the Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS). The bidding documents may be collected from the Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS), Humanitarian Supply Chain Department, Procurement Division, First Floor, Office No. 25, Stadium Area, Addis Ababa. Bidders shall submit copies of the following valid and renewed documents: Business License for the year 2018 E.C, Business Registration Certificate, Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and any other relevant supporting documents required under the bidding documents. All bids must be submitted together with a bid security (bid bond) in the form of a CPO only, amounting to 2% of the total bid price for goods, as applicable. The bid security shall be submitted in a separate sealed envelope and shall remain valid for 28 consecutive days beyond the bid closing date.
