የኦሮሚያ ኅብረት ሥራ ባንክ በፊላሚንጎ አካባቢ በሚገኘው ጌት ሃውስ ሕንፃ ከ3ኛ እስከ 8ኛ ፎቅ ድረስ ያሉ ያገለገሉ የአሉሚኒየም ፓርቲሽኖችንና ቴምፐርድ ግላስ ፓርቲሽኖችን በጨረታ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል።
የኦሮሚያ ኅብረት ሥራ ባንክ (አ.ማ) በፊላሚንጎ አካባቢ በሚገኘው ጌት ሃውስ ሕንፃ በጀርባ በኩል ካለው የባንኩ ቢሮ ከ3ኛ እስከ 8ኛ ፎቅ ድረስ ተገጥመው የሚገኙ ያገለገሉ የተለያዩ አሉሚኒየም ፓርቲሽኖችንና ቴምፐርድ ግላስ ፓርቲሽኖችን ሙሉ በሙሉ ባሉበት ሁኔታ በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል። አሸናፊው ተጫራች ንብረቶቹን በራሱ ወጪና ኃላፊነት ፈታትቶ ማንሳት ይኖርበታል። ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነድ መግዛት፣ ንብረቶችን መመልከት፣ የጨረታ ማቅረቢያ፣ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ፣ VAT፣ ክፍያና ማንሳት መመሪያዎችን መከተል አለባቸው።
