አቦል ቡና ማይክሮ ፋይናንስ ኢንስቲትዩሽን ኤስ.ሲ ለ2019፣ 2020 እና 2021 ዓ.ም ሒሳቡን የሚያረጋግጥ የውጭ ኦዲት ድርጅት ለመሾም ጨረታ አውጥቷል። ከፌዴራል ኦዲት ጄኔራል ጽሕፈት ቤት ወይም ከኢትዮጵያ የሒሳብ እና ኦዲት ቦርድ (AABE) የብቃት ማረጋገጫ ያላቸው የሕዝብ ኦዲት ድርጅቶች ጥቅማቸውን ማቅረብ ይችላሉ።
አቦል ቡና ማይክሮ ፋይናንስ ኢንስቲትዩሽን ኤስ.ሲ ለ2019 ዓ.ም፣ 2020 ዓ.ም እና 2021 ዓ.ም ሒሳቡን የሚያረጋግጥ የውጭ ኦዲት ድርጅት ለመሾም ጨረታ አውጥቷል። በመሆኑም ከፌዴራል ኦዲት ጄኔራል ጽሕፈት ቤት ወይም ከኢትዮጵያ የሒሳብ እና ኦዲት ቦርድ (AABE) የብቃት ማረጋገጫ ያላቸው የሕዝብ ኦዲት ድርጅቶች ጥቅማቸውን እንዲያቀርቡ ተጋብዘዋል። እያንዳንዱ ተጫራች የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች ማሟላት አለበት፡ የተእታ ምዝገባ ማረጋገጫ፣ የድርጅቱ መገለጫ፣ የታደሰ ፈቃድ፣ የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር (TIN)፣ ከAABE የታደሰ ፈቃድ፣ ተ.እ.ታን ጨምሮ የሚከፈለው የኦዲት ክፍያ፣ የሠራተኞች ዝርዝር እና መገለጫ፣ ኦዲቱን የሚያከናውኑት የሠራተኞች መገለጫ ዝርዝር፣ እና ኦዲቱን ለማጠናቀቅ የሚፈጀው ጊዜ። ተጫራቾች የኦዲት ሥራውን መጠን በአካል በመገኘት ወይም በስልክ ቁጥር 0905-11-11-05 ወይም 0905-11-11-04 በመደወል ማወቅ ይችላሉ። ተጫራቾች የቴክኒክ እና የፋይናንስ ሰነዶቻቸውን በሁለት የተለያዩ የታሸጉ ኤንቨሎፖች ውስጥ በማስገባት ከማስታወቂያው በሰባት ቀናት ውስጥ በአካል ለድርጅቱ ዋና መሥሪያ ቤት ማስገባት አለባቸው። አቦል ቡና ማይክሮ ፋይናንስ ኢንስቲትዩሽን ኤስ.ሲ ሁሉንም መብቶቹን ይይዛል።
Aboll Bunna Microfinance Institution S.C has issued a tender to appoint a public external audit firm to audit its accounts for the three consecutive years 2019 E.C, 2020 E.C and 2021 E.C. Accordingly, public audit firms with a competency certificate from the Office of the Federal Audit General or the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE) are invited to submit their quotations. Each bidder is obliged to fulfill the following requirements: VAT registration certificate, the firm's profile, renewed licenses, tax payer identification number (TIN), renewed license from AABE, audit fee to be charged including VAT, list and profile of the staff, list of the profile of the staff to be assigned to perform the audit, and delivery time to accomplish the audit. Bidders can assess the size of the audit work in person or by calling our office at 0905-11-11-05 or 0905-11-11-04. Bidders should submit their technical and financial bid documents in two separate sealed envelopes, physically to the company's head office, within seven days of the notice.
