Private Organizations Employees' Social Security Administration (POESSA) is an autonomous public institution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia established to administer the pension and social security system for employees working in private organizations. The Administration is responsible for registering employers and employees, collecting pension contributions, maintaining pension records, managing and investing pension funds, determining pension entitlements, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the private employees' pension scheme. Through transparent governance, digital service delivery, and efficient pension administration, POESSA works to protect the social and economic security of private-sector employees and pension beneficiaries while contributing to Ethiopia's national social protection system.

Date of Registration: ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ማግስት ጀምሮ ባሉት 5 (አምስት) ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት ከሰኞ እስከ ሐሙስ ጠዋት ከ2፡00 እስከ 6፡00 ሰዓት እና ከሰዓት ከ7፡00 እስከ 11፡00 እና ዓርብ ጠዋት ከ2፡00 እስከ 5፡30 እና ከሰዓት 7፡30 እስከ 11፡00 ሰዓት ብቻ ይሆናል፡፡

• ከግል ተቋማት የተገኘ የሥራ ልምድ ማስረጃ የሥራ ግብር ስለመከፈሉ በግልጽ የሚያስረዳ መሆን አለበት፡፡
• ከ2015 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ በመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ የተመረቁ ተወዳዳሪዎች የመውጫ ፈተና(Exit Exam) ውጤት ካላቀረቡ መመዝገብ አይችሉም፡፡
