Position: Customer Service/Physician Attendant

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience:  Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a high-traffic, confidential environment like healthcare.

Skills and Abilities:

Customer Service:  A professional, patient-focused attitude with the ability to remain courteous under pressure.

Computer Literacy:  Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and other office equipment.

Communication:  Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Multitasking:  Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy, interruption-prone environment.

Professionalism:  Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion and confidentiality.

The Customer Service/Physician Attendant at Teklehaimanot General Hospital serves as the vital first point of contact, ensuring a smooth, safe, and welcoming experience for every patient. The Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional front-desk support, assisting physicians with patient preparation, and managing the flow of appointments to ensure efficiency.
