PCM Digitally Enabled Customer Support Service  is expanding its sales operation in Addis Ababa, and we are looking for talented  Sales Agents  to join our growing team.

This is more than simply making phone calls. You will become part of a  professional, technology-enabled sales environment  where you will receive structured training, ongoing coaching, modern CRM tools, and the opportunity to develop real-world sales and communication skills.

Position: Sales Agent – Outbound Call Center

Requirements :

Grade 12 or above.

Good spoken and written English.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer literacy.

Ability to learn and work with CRM systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Previous experience in sales, tele-sales, call centers, customer service, or business development is an advantage.

Fresh graduates and candidates without previous sales experience are welcome to apply if they have strong communication skills and the right attitude.
