Position: Call Center Sales Agent (Outbound Sales)

Requirements :

Excellent spoken English communication skills

Strong sales and persuasion skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Previous experience in sales or call center is an advantage

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Promote and explain the company’s services professionally.

Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

Guide clients through the registration and onboarding process.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Accurately update customer information in the CRM system.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining company standards.
