Job Purpose:Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain utility/facility equipment according to safety, productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the company’s business goals and objectives.Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct periodic debriefing to machine operators about the proper use and light maintenance of utility equipment
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of utility equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service whenever necessary
- Refer to equipment manuals and standard operating procedures to perform required maintenance and service.
- Diagnose technical problems, replace, or repair parts, test and adjust
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on utility equipment, and plant facilities as per pre-set schedules
- Collaborate with other mechanics and electricians during the installation, refurbishment, and periodic preventive maintenance of production machinery
- Keep records/Maintain Activity logs
- Follow up and report to immediate supervises for supply of maintenance tools and materials
- Operate production machines whenever necessary following immediate supervisor’s order
- React timely to maintenance requests
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
- Maintain Food safety policy and GMP in the assigned area.
- Implementing and respecting all tasks in compliance with standards and respecting all the set parameters by the system.
- Keeping records and documentations in compliance with the standards.
- Perform any other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
