The company is committed to improving productivity, promoting sustainable growth, and creating long-term value for its customers, partners, employees, communities, and other stakeholders.Summary of the positionA Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods to designated locations, while adhering to traffic laws and maintaining the vehicle's condition. Under the direct supervision of the driver supervisor and coordinator the Driver is responsible to drive the assigned vehicle within and outside assigned areas as required.  The position holder reports to the transport Supervisor.Duties and ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities:

• Safely drive company vehicles to transport goods and materials to various locations as required.
• Ensure the company vehicle is well-maintained and clean at all times, conducting regular inspections, reporting any issues, and ensuring timely repairs.
• Ensure timely delivery of products, documents, and equipment to other relevant parties.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes to avoid delays and ensure timely arrival at destinations.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations, ensuring safe driving practices at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any other required information related to vehicle use.
• Provide assistance in case of emergencies, such as delivering urgent supplies or transporting as needed.
• Occasionally interact with clients when delivering products, ensuring professional and courteous service.
• Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
