As we continue to expand our travel management and event services, we are looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Ticketing Officer to join our team.Job SummaryThe Ticketing Officer will be responsible for managing airline reservations, ticket issuance, re-bookings, cancellations, refunds, and related customer services. The role requires strong knowledge of airline ticketing procedures, GDS systems, fare rules, and travel regulations, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.Key Responsibilities

• Book and issue airline tickets using GDS platforms such as Galileo, Travelport, Amadeus, Sabre, or similar systems.
• Handle re-bookings, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes in accordance with airline policies and procedures.
• Ensure accurate fare calculations and ticket issuance.
• Provide professional and personalized assistance to clients and respond promptly to travel-related inquiries.
• Resolve customer concerns related to flight changes, disruptions, cancellations, and other travel arrangements.
• Liaise with airlines, tour operators, and internal departments to confirm reservations and travel arrangements.
• Assist the reservation team with accommodation bookings.
• Facilitate IATA membership registration.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, refunds, and ticket sales.
• Prepare periodic reports on ticket sales, customer preferences, and travel trends.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant travel regulations.
• Promote additional travel services, including hotel accommodation, car rental, travel insurance, and tour packages.
• Maintain good working relationships with airline representatives and stay updated on airline policies, promotions, and offers.
