- Manages an organization's end-to-end digital bidding workflow to secure public sector contracts.
- eGP Bid Officer's duties span from initial portal monitoring to the final digital submission
- Portal Monitoring: Scanning target eGP portals daily using specific Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) codes or keywords.
- Eligibility Filtering: Reviewing the Invitation for Bids (IFB) to ensure the company meets financial turnover, experience, and legal requirements before committing resources.
- Document Preparation: Gathering standard corporate documentation (tax clearances, registration certificates, financial audits) and tailoring technical proposals.
- eGP System Management: Uploading technical and financial bids into separate encrypted slots, ensuring correct file formatting, and managing .
- Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) or security tokens.
