Team Leader – Fleet

Education

First Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

Experience in vehicle maintenance and fleet operations.

Experience supervising workshop or maintenance personnel.

Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance planning and execution.

Experience in maintenance reporting, cost monitoring, and fleet performance analysis.

Skills & Competencies

Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Management.

Fleet Management Systems and Tools.

Transport Management.

Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.

Acquaintance with Emerging Fleet and Vehicle Technologies.

Full Knowledge of Mechanical Components and Service Requirements of Vehicle Equipment.

Root Cause Analysis.

Occupational Safety Principles.

Budget Preparation and Resource Planning.

Documentation, Reporting, and Record Management.

Planning and Coordination Skills.

Team Leadership and People Management.

Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills.
