- Conduct site visits with prospective clients and professionally present available properties.
- Explain project details, construction specifications, layouts, materials, and other technical aspects to clients.
- Use civil engineering knowledge to answer clients' technical questions accurately.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable properties based on their requirements and budget.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, meetings, and site visits to convert leads into successful sales.
- Prepare and deliver property presentations and explain payment plans, prices, and project features.
- Coordinate with the construction/site team to obtain accurate technical information for clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide professional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall sales objectives of the company.
