Showroom Sales Officer

Job Summary

Responsible for serving showroom customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable metal door products, preparing quotations, following up on inquiries, and converting customer visits into sales while maintaining a professional showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in showroom customers.
• Identify customer needs, preferences, budget, and specifications.
• Explain product features, designs, materials, finishes, prices, delivery, and installation.
• Prepare quotations and sales orders and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Coordinate with production, measurement, delivery, and installation teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records and handle customer complaints.
• Maintain proper product displays and samples.
• Monitor competitor products and prices.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant sales experience (experience in construction materials, doors, building materials, or furniture is an advantage).

• Good understanding of customer service and sales processes, basic computer literacy (MS Office), and quotation preparation abilities.
