Qualification and experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Disaster Risk Management, or a related field. A master's degree is an advantage.

At least 3-5 years of progressive professional experience in shelter and settlements programming, humanitarian response, or construction project management, with at least 2 years in a coordination or supervisory role.

Additional Skill

Proven experience in implementing emergency and transitional shelter projects for refugees, internally displaced persons (IDPs), or other vulnerable populations.
