Senior Marketer And Digital Marketer

Job Summary

The organization is seeking strategic and results-driven Senior Marketer and Digital Marketer professionals to lead comprehensive marketing initiatives and spearhead the digital growth engine within the pipe and industrial manufacturing sector. The roles focus on aligning marketing with revenue goals, optimizing full-funnel digital campaigns, driving specialized product visibility (HDPE, PVC, industrial piping), and supporting distributor networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Align marketing initiatives with overarching business goals, revenue targets, and brand positioning.
• Design, implement, and continuously optimize full-funnel digital marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, programmatic, SEO, email, and affiliate channels.
• Lead new product and feature launches, coordinating messaging, pricing positioning, sales enablement materials, and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee digital performance channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, industrial directories) to capture high-intent search traffic for specialized products (HDPE, PVC, specialty piping) and optimize ROAS.
• Develop joint marketing programs, co-op advertising campaigns, and digital toolkits for distributors, wholesalers, and field sales reps.
• Direct technical and local SEO for industrial web properties to ensure product catalogs and spec sheets rank prominently for engineers and buyers.
• Implement advanced CRM and marketing automation workflows (HubSpot, Salesforce) to track attribution to closed industrial contracts.
• Coordinate with technical and production teams, conduct client visits and presentations, analyze market trends, and provide input for sales forecasting and product development.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Technical Skills: Full-funnel digital marketing strategy, paid search/social management, SEO (technical and local), CRM and marketing automation workflows (HubSpot, Salesforce), and MS Office.
• Core Competencies: Ability to build lasting relationships, development-oriented, strong coordination and networking skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Desired Skills: Communication, creativity, basic computer skills, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, and ability to build strong working relationships.
