The Senior HR role at Digaf & Micro-Credit Provider SC is a full-time position based in the office, responsible for leading and overseeing the Human Resource and Recruitment functions.
This senior-level position focuses on strengthening recruitment processes, implementing and monitoring performance management systems, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and applicable regulations.
The Senior HR will play a key role in fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture through effective people management, employee engagement, and ethical HR practices. The successful candidate will also lead HR analytics, documentation management, and workforce planning to provide strategic insights and support informed decision-making by management.
