Senior Facility Engineer

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering , Construction Technology & Management (CoTM), Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering field .

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience  in facility engineering, construction supervision, project management, building maintenance, or related fields.

Technical Competencies

Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and cost estimation.

Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Proficiency in AutoCAD  for reviewing and modifying engineering drawings.

Strong knowledge of  Microsoft Excel , including formulas, budgeting, reporting, and data analysis.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Knowledge of contract administration and project documentation.

Familiarity with Ethiopian Building Standards and regulations.

Knowledge of Ministry of Health standards is an advantage.

Employment Conditions

This position is offered on a  contract basis , subject to organizational requirements and employee performance.

Contract renewal will be based on satisfactory performance and business needs.

Salary:  As per the organization's salary scale and compensation structure.
