The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, supporting financial controls, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and complete accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Perform general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash, bank transactions, and other financial activities.
• Review and verify invoices, payment requests, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Monitor inventory and production-related accounting records.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, warehouse, sales, and other departments on financial matters.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and financial plans.
• Analyze financial information and provide management with useful financial insights.
• Ensure proper recording and reconciliation of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Assist with cost accounting and manufacturing-related financial analysis when required.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, internal policies, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Support internal and external audits and provide required documentation.
• Strengthen financial controls and identify opportunities to improve accounting procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial information.
• Perform other accounting and finance duties assigned by management.
