- Provide professional administrative and secretarial support to management.
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and reminders.
- Prepare and organize proforma, letters, reports, and official documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and communications professionally.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes when required.
- Maintain proper filing systems for confidential company documents.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, suppliers, government offices, banks, and business partners.
- Assist with travel arrangements, appointments, and other executive requirements.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and management information.
- Support day-to-day office administration and other duties assigned by management.
