Job Summary

Responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to U.S. property owners using an auto-dialer system to gather information, build rapport, identify potential sellers, and transfer qualified leads to the acquisitions team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to U.S. property owners using an auto-dialer.
• Speak with hundreds of homeowners daily and gather property information.
• Follow company call scripts and procedures professionally.
• Handle basic objections and transfer qualified leads.
• Accurately update notes and information inside the CRM system.
• Maintain professionalism and consistency throughout all calls.

Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; open to entry-level candidates with training provided.
• Experience: Customer support or telemarketing experience preferred (experience in cold calling, sales, or real estate is a plus).

• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written), comfortable speaking on the phone for long periods.
