Job Summary

Manage, train, and evaluate medical sales representatives to meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets

Build strong partnerships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and key healthcare decision-makers.

Monitor market trends, track competitor activities, and adjust sales plans using data.

Work with marketing and administrative departments to roll out promotional programs and manage product inventory.

Valid EFDA License required

Job Requirement

Qualification : MSc/BSc degree in Pharmacy

Minimum Work experience : 5 yrs, including 2 yrs in a supervisory role.

Skills Required

Strong communication skill

Strong problem-solving abilities.

A solid understanding of healthcare data analysis.

Leadership abilities & sales expertise
