MIK Real Estate PLC is hiring a qualified and customer‑focused Receptionist for its hotel business in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and at least one year of experience in customer service or a related role.

Job Summary

The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing front‑desk operations, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication within the hotel. The role requires professionalism, organization, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage front‑desk operations and customer inquiries
• Maintain organized records and handle administrative tasks
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly

Qualification & Experience

Education:

• Diploma or Degree in Customer Service, Office Management, Hospitality, or related fields

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, organized, and customer‑focused

Salary

12,000 Br – 16,000 Br ETB monthly (Service charge included)
