PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing shift production activities, supervising shop-floor operations, ensuring quality and GMP compliance, monitoring production performance, coordinating equipment maintenance, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Education: B.Sc. Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a related field,
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a production or shift-supervision role within a manufacturing environment
• Experience in food, beverage, confectionery, packaging, or consumer goods manufacturing is an advantage.

DESIRABLE ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates with relevant professional certifications, specialized training, or practical experience in the following areas will have an added advantage, depending on the position:

• HACCP
• GMP
• ISO 22000 / Food Safety Management Systems and Quality Management Systems
