Product Manager

Job Summary

The Product Manager – Life Care Solutions drives the growth and market success of assigned medical equipment product portfolios (including ICU, OR, NICU, anesthesia, and critical care solutions). The role manages the entire commercial lifecycle—from identifying tenders and generating leads to technical proposal preparation, sales execution, and post-sales support while maintaining strong relationships with healthcare clients and international manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Planning & Sales Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales and business plans for assigned Life Care Solutions products to achieve revenue targets.
• Tender & Proposal Management: Prepare and coordinate comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, bids, and tenders.
• Sales Cycle Management: Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation and product demonstrations to contract negotiation, closing, and post-sales coordination.
• Customer & Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong partnerships with hospital administrators, clinicians, biomedical engineers, suppliers, and manufacturers.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with Finance, Logistics, Service, Project Management, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth product delivery, installation, and user training.
• Market Intelligence & CRM: Monitor healthcare market trends and competitor activities, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities using Odoo.

Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Anesthesia, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in medical equipment sales, product management, or business development (experience in ICU, OR, NICU, or critical care solutions is an asset).
• Certifications: QMS training / knowledge is advantageous.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Deep technical knowledge of medical equipment product applications, configurations, and clinical specifications.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Odoo or other CRM platforms.
