Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Law, IT, or a related field.
MBA, Master’s degree, or relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in a management or senior supervisory role.
Proven experience leading multiple departments or cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated experience in two or more of operations, finance, marketing, HR, project management, legal/compliance, or FinTech.
Experience in FinTech, banking, mobile money, digital payments, financial services, technology companies, or digital platforms is highly preferred.
