Operations & Data Analyst

Job Summary

The Operations & Data Analyst evaluates operational and sales metrics for a leading tourism project, translating daily data into strategic recommendations to elevate service quality, performance, and occupancy or sales rates while training staff on data-driven guest service enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Operations Analysis: Collect and monitor daily and monthly traffic and sales data to identify high-performing services and stagnant areas.
• Customer Behavior Insights: Track visitor and guest trends, pinpoint peak operational hours, and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction ratings.
• Internal Training & Development: Prepare and deliver internal workshops to help employees interpret performance results, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and leverage data to optimize guest services.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience in data analysis, operations research, or business intelligence within hospitality or tourism environments.

Required Skills

• Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel, data visualization, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Core Skill Tags: Fluency in English, data analysis, stakeholder communication, presentation skills, teamwork, and cross-functional training.
• Speaking Arabic language is a must and required
