- Manage daily office administration and secretarial activities.
- Handle phone calls, visitors, correspondence, and office communication.
- Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchases.
- Support management and staff with administrative activities.
- Coordinate communication among management, employees, clients, and partners.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Assist with meetings, events, travel, and other administrative arrangements.
