Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in mobile application administration, support, or related IT roles.

Experience with mobile banking or fintech applications is strongly preferred.

Core Competencies

Mobile platform administration (Android and iOS) and admin console/configuration tools.

Mobile banking security practices (biometric authentication, device binding, transaction limits).

Monitoring and troubleshooting tools; basic database/SQL knowledge.

Customer-centric mindset and attention to detail.
